I’m the founder of Drummersblog, where I’ll show you the essentials of how to be successful as a drummer. Even when I was still a musicology student, I had a goal to work as a drummer later. The entrance exams for studying percussion at the state conservatories were extremely difficult, as I didn’t have anybody who could properly prepare me for it. In the end, none of the conservatories accepted me and I decided to study musicology.
This period of time could have been a terrible chapter in my life if I had not begun collecting all the information I lacked and concentrating fully on my goal. What gave me the strength to keep going was the certainty that when it came to my future, I could take matters into my own hands. To work as a musician was closely linked with my pursuit of personal growth – both artistically and musically. Now I want to share my experiences with people who are in similar situations.
When I founded Drummersblog in 2014, my goal was simple: to share with you the strategies that helped me to improve as a musician and to reach my goals. And precisely that is what I want for you. Take some time to read my blog. I’d like to hear your story and know how I can help you.
The following list shows you all the partners I work with. I tested everything that I recommend on this page myself. Before you make use of these resources, here’s another important piece of information:
Some of the links below are affiliate links. That means that I receive a small commission if you decide to make a purchase via any these links. The commission does not create any additional cost for you.
What’s important to me is that you know that I have had positive experiences with all these companies. I’m recommending them to you because they are helpful, not because of the small commission I receive if you decide to buy something via these links. Please don’t spend any money for these products if you don’t feel that you need them or that they will help you to reach your goals.
