WHO IS OLE?

I am the founder of the Drummersblog and show you the basics to succeed as a drummer. Even during my studies in musicology I had the goal of later working as a drummer. The entrance examinations for the study of drums were extremely difficult at the state conservatoires, because I had no one who could prepare me properly. Ultimately, I was not taken from any of the colleges and decided to study musicology.

This time could have been a terrible period in my life if I had not started collecting all the information I lack and concentrating fully on my goal. What gave me the strength to continue at that time was the certainty of being able to take my future into my own hands. Working as a musician was closely linked to my quest for personal growth – both artistically and musically. Now I want to share my experiences with people who are in similar situations.

When I founded the Drummersblog in 2014, my goal was simple: share with you the strategies that have helped me improve as a musician and achieve my goals. And that’s exactly what I want for you. Take some time to read in my blog. I want to hear your story and know how I can help you.

This website is dedicated to sharing ideas, tools, and resources that will help you become a better drummer. Nobody has to be perfect. You just have to go for it.
